Travis & Sniegas

Not long ago, two male alpacas have settled down in an area of a guesthouse "Lingės". The alpaca is a species of South American camelid. It is similar to the llama. However, alpacas are often noticeably smaller than llamas.

Although the brothers are different in character, they share a common feature – it’s hard to resist their charm. Usually, alpacas do not walk alone, this rule applies to brothers as well. Travis (1 year old) and Sniegas (2 years old) are inseparable friends. They do everything together from eating carrots, sleeping to communicating with guests. The brothers sense and understand people’s moods. Besides, they produce sounds that have a clear intonation. That’s why the gentle and curious alpacas, like dolphins, can assist in therapy for people with developmental, physical, and emotional conditions.
